The customer service Department would appreciate your assistance

The Customer Service Department is continuously updating their database and improving their procedures to better serve BARCO's Customers, Distributors and O.E.M's. Throughout the calendar year, approximately twelve mailings are issued to our present database of over 2,500 entries. We continuously have mail returned to us due to unknown names, unknown addresses and moved-forwarding address has expired notations. Since we feel our mailings have important information for you, we strive to maintain the correct contact name and address information. When you receive your next mailing, please take a moment to check the name and address for correct information (any phone/fax numbers are also important). If there were, or will be, changes, we would appreciate you contacting us with the updated information. There are several ways to contact the Customer Service Department with this information. Please keep in mind, the above three ways listed for contacting BARCO, would also be a good way to keep in touch for current catalog information. If you have an interest in one particular product line, we would be able to mail, fax or email this information to you and, if necessary, along with any corresponding blueprints. If you would like a complete catalog of BARCO's product line, please just ask!

On another subject, BARCO also offers training seminars for you and your personnel. These are offered for you to better understand our product line and what we have to offer to the industry.

In conclusion, the Customer Service Department is here to assist you and hope to hear from you in the near future for any upcoming requirements. The majority of our phone calls are for pricing, availability and Distributorship locations, but we also have the capability of crossing many of our competitor products to the BARCO product line. We are pleased to assist on any application questions you might have. Before you contact us for any crossover options, it is extremely important you obtain all possible operating data. Our units are application specific.
