Hello to all...
I would like to formally introduce myself to you. My name is Denise Neilson I am part of Barco’s Customer Service team. I have been with the company a little over two years and have had some contact, may it be verbal or written, with most of you during that period of time. I do not know if everyone has heard, but we have recently added a new member to our Customer Service team. It is quite possible that some of you may have already spoken to her, her name is Diane Faldstein and she has been with us since the end of June. Diane has brought to Barco quite an extensive Customer Service background. In her spare time Diane enjoys reading, gardening, and swimming in her backyard pool. Training at Barco begins with working side by side not only with the various members of the office team but also with the gentlemen out in the shop, it is a continuous and ongoing process.
