BARCO offers Sales and Maintenance Seminars for Barco Distributors and Barco users. We can hold it in our state of the art Manufacturing Center in Cary, Illinois or we can come to your location for an on-site seminar. Whether you have a group of 5 or 50 we can customize a training meeting to suit your individual needs.
Barco Sales and Distribution Training
We will cover any number of topics including:
- What type of rotary union is recommended for water, steam, hot oil and other
applications.
- What information is needed to size and recommend the proper rotary union
for an application.
- Interchangeability from competitive manufacturers.
- Recommended hose and preferred hose routing.
- How to troubleshoot a rotary union failure for your customer.
- Where to find new business, what industries and types of machinery use rotary
unions.
We will bring our PowerPoint program with detailed information of how our
unions are exceptional in quality and service, as well as cut-a-way samples to
view.
We will also provide literature and interchange information for all that
attend. Length of meetings is generally 30 to 60 minutes for inside and outside
sales associates.
Barco User Maintenance Seminar
This seminar can be scheduled for customers using rotary unions in their
plant. The topics covered include:
- Choosing the correct type of union for your application.
- Maintenance and repairability.
- Correct hose connections.
- Water and filtration issues.
- Interchanging competitor unions.
We also offer plant surveys to identify and troubleshoot problem applications,
correct improper hose connections, and interchange competitive unions. We can
also survey competitive unions in your stock room and reduce your spare parts
inventory by eliminating duplicates.
