Mrs. Claudia Bonetti

First we would like to present out team:

Mr. Edgar Kraus: He is the sales and customer relationship manager, being responsible of sales, customer care and training, as well as of visiting the customers. Edgar is a graduate mechanical engineer. He has been dealing with rotary joints for 25 years now. He started his professional career as sales engineer at the company Reinhold-Gould GmbH in Hamburg, being an agency of Johnson. In 1994, Edgar became an employee of Johnson and was given the task to establish a branch agency in Germany where he was taking care of all kinds of industry and German key account customers as sales manager. From 1997, his main focus was on the paper industry.

Ute joined our team in June 2003 and is responsible as inside sales woman of order processing and phone-based customer support. Ute is a graduate in materials engineering.

Since April 2006, Claudia has been doing a part-time office job. She writes customer invoices and helps Ute but she still has a full-scale job in the chief administration office of Wal Mart Germany.

WIS was founded 5 years ago and started by selling rotary joints of all makes and for all branches of industry. In 2003, WIS became the agent of Barco for Germany, Austria and Switzerland, and since 2004, we have also been representing the Voith company in the area of customer acquisition and after-sales service for steam joints, siphons, ThemoBars and thermo-sleeves for all kinds of industry in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. As required, we are also taking care of Dutch and Belgian customers.

In January 2006, we became the authorised dealer of Barco products, and we now are also looking for customers from countries outside Europe. WIS has a very close business relationship with the companies Reinhold-Gould GmbH in Luneburg (RG was located in Hamburg) and B&J GmbH in Monchengladbach.

Reinhold-Gould GmbH

RG is a supplier of spare and wear parts for Johnson joints. They also supply edge trim nozzles for the paper industry. RG is our partner providing logistics and warehousing services to us and managing the Barco supply depot. All the goods from Barco are sent to RG to be cleared through customs and to be repacked and shipped to the individual customers.

B&J GmbH

B&J is our experienced partner for service, repair, assembly, installation and rebuilding. The owner of the company, Mr. Jorgen Moll, is master craftsman in machine construction and for several years he was the head of the service staff at Johnson. He has very extensive experience in the field of rotary joints. B&J does repairs on all kinds / makes of joints – that is a strong point and a big advantage for us and Barco, so that, on several occasions, joints of the makes Johnson, Maier or Deublin could already be replaced by Barco joints.

The three companies form a very strong team together. Orders are processed and executed smoothly, and our customers receive our full services from advice, warehousing, repairs up to our 24-hour on-site service. These are our strong points that helped us to win new customers and to consolidate already existing customer relationships.

The expression “not possible” does not exist for us. Next time we will give you some general information about European business and customers. We would like to finish with a joke:

Advertising slogan of an American insurer:

"The day before yesterday, we insured a husband,
yesterday he broke his neck in his car,
today we pay $60,000 dollars to his widow.
Act quickly, because already tomorrow, you may be the lucky one!”
