Quick-Release Flange Assembly

The quick-release flange assembly method provides fast installation and offers complete interchangeability for systems using other rotary joints. The quick-release flange assembly also acts to support the rotary joint to the journal flange. In addition, the flange assembly may be used on equipment rotating in either a clockwise or counter-clockwise motion.

  1. STYLE:  Self-supported or rod-supported.
  2. END CAP CONFIGURATION:   Straight outlet or angle outlet syphon.
  3. ROD ARM/HOLE SPACING:   see dimension "i"
  4. ROD DIA and THREAD DESCRIPTION:   see dimension"J"
  5. OUTLET SIZE:   see dimension "C"
  6. SYPHON SIZE:   see dimension "D"
  7. JOINT SIZE:   2",2 1/2" or 3"
