This is the Barco E-75 RS Water Rotary Union Featuring Replaceable Seals

The Barco Series E-75 RS Rotary Union incorporates state-of-the-art sealing technology for use on water applications in the printing, paper, rubber, plastics and steel processing industries. Special Design Features Dry Run Capability Silicon carbide to carbon graphite mechanical seals. For abrasive applications silicon carbide to siliconized graphite mechanical seals. Seals are user replaceable. Sizes from 3/8" to 3" Available in US or metric thread specifications.

Our Replaceable Seals Make Repairs Simple The most common part failures on any rotary union are the seals.  With most rotary unions, only one seal is user-replaceable.  But you can replace both seals on the E-75RS, and with a little practice, you can do it in less than 10 minutes.	Our Seal Materials Can Stand Up to Anything - Including Comparison The biggest enemy of any rotary union is water-borne grains of sand, silica, scale and other assorted forms of abrasive particulates.

Barco has a variety of Rotary Steam Joint designs
The GR and Super G series provide special features for open gear paper machines. The "C" group has either flanged or threaded end joints and siphons for steam applications.

Antimony seals and bearings in the GRX provide longer life, especially on higher speed machines. Two widely spaced bearings for stability, greater siphon support and longer wear. Sleeves are dual-driven by two keys to give greater resistance to side load and eccentric motion. External seal wear indicator for preventive maintenance. All wear surfaces are treated for improved corrosion resistance. Directly interchangeable with competitive designs. Type "C" Group Rotary Joints Type C joints cover a wide range of applications. Type C and CS, CR and CRF, CF and CSF and Series 300 all have models designed for steam applications. Works in duo-flow or single flow configurations. Joint sizes from 1/2" to 3" available. Rotating and stationary siphon joints for condensate evacuation. Hot Oil & Heat Transfer Fluid Applications

BARCO "C" Group Rotary Joints are available in a special design, precision fitted for hot oil/therminol applications. Available in 1/2" through 3" sizes, BARCO "Hot Oil" joints are recommended for applications using Mobiltherm 600, Dowtherm and other heat transfer fluids.
